Recycle

Norman, and Chewy are all for going green. When we took the Christmas tree down and put it in the fire pit all was good. Little did we know that it was a treat to them. We saw them carting the tree around the pasture and playing with it and eating on the tree. We didn't see the tree for a while, and found it last night while looking for Robbie's Copter that got away from him and ended up in the creek. Had to laugh when I saw the tree. Never seen anything like this. Not a needle found, looks like a Piranha attack. But it's just Norman and Chewey doing their thing. I asked the veterinarian if it's harmful to them and he said no. That's our little recyclers.

Our frige

Our refrigerator, far and away the most used appliance at our camp has a forever changing face. This was a great year for photo holiday cards. Some of the pictures of family and friends are fantastic. We will leave them up and enjoy them for a while longer. They will eventually be replaced with current events. Report cards, school achievements, basketball pictures, tickets, schedules, grocery lists, and anything else that's worthy of making the face of our most used appliance will keep it forever changing. Another thing I really like about our ice box is that it's the stand for the kitchen TV, and outdoor stereo system..JPG" imageanchor="1" >

Norman and Chewey update

So here's the update on Big old Norman and his side kick Chewey. They have grown up and are now very powerful and when they stand on their hind legs they are taller than me. They have really turned out to be great kids. They are inseparable for sure, true brothers. We love them. Chewey has figured out how to climb the Apple tree, and Norman can open the gate unless we bolt it. Most people would call them live stock, but they are pets to us. I put a old baby picture up on this post to remember how small they were when they were babies. Weather there laying in the fire pit, climbing trees, play fighting, or rubbing their little mugs on you for some love, they are our kids here at the Jensen Bese camp with little goat in tow(the last chicken).

High school rules

Look who is now a regular starter on the freshman South Salem High school basketball team. But wait... The caviott is good old dad gets to see his buddy all gussied up for school. On the other hand... He has too. I watched Robbie and his teammates get on the bus headed to a away game, they all looked so grown up and professional. I told him it is a privilege to dress up on game days and make a mature statement at school. He's a good man!

Parks new crib

Parks got this crazy idea to scrap his old bed and build a new and improved one. Parks designed it all by himself then enlisted Luke to help create it. It was a perfect install. His Texas size upper deck is big enough for him to sleep all sprawled out with all his blankets, and have all his other accouterments all laid out next to him. I phone charger, spot for his beats headphones, 22" fan, blazer sign, six pillows, and one full body pillow. Underneath is more like a mini man cave with his RC truck and quad copter organized with his remotes and chargers, new bean bag chair with dice foot stool, wipe board, his personalized green chair, rubber-band gun with target, and his pimped out refrigerator. Nice Parks!

Secret number three

Three... Was to go to Portland and hang with our friends Marcus and Brianne. Brianne was all the Jensen boys third grade teacher, lots of history there. We all took the Max train to the Blazer game where the Blazer's destroyed Charlotte. All the boys got on national television in the back ground of the ESPN Halftime show. After Watching the Blazer's tie the all time record for three point shots we Maxed it back to Marcus and Brianne's for some more laughs. Fun trip!
