Eric Church

Shan, Dana, Sue and I got to see a great concert. Eric Church headlined the show with Kip Moore and Justin Moore. Eric Church won "album of the year" at the 2012 CMA awards. He is one of our favorite artists for sure. He has a great song selection. If you ask me rock n roll has turned into country rock with laser lights and screaming guitars it was a great show. That concert was packed with the most top ten songs I have ever heard live in one night. It was an absolute blast. Thanks Dana and Sue, it was fan-tastic.

Lights

We got the holiday lights up on our little farm house. They look great and we're in the total holiday spirit. Now that Thanksgiving is over it's time get the rest of the decorations up and do Christmas - Jensen Bese style. Happy Holidays everybody!

Evening with the stars

With the two of the biggest stars in the sport of wake boarding Shan, Chris, and I, had to go to the Evening with the stars and hang out with the celebs and get some swag. Scott Byerly truly a legend, I wear his shirts, shoes and he has helped shape the sport for sure a real cool guy. Super nice. And my favorite rider ever, Parks Bonifay, was nice enough to hang with us for awhile at the show, and afterwards at a near by sports bar. I was lucky to get a picture him and me, published in Wake board magazine, two years ago and he laughed when I told him about it at the show. They had the new twenty thirteen Malibu's with not one flat screen but two and a totally new consept...a surf gate to create a bigger wake than ever for surfing! Super fun night, thanks Active for your hospitality.

Norman and Chewy's Casa

So with summer over and the rains returning we needed to build a better area for the ever growing Norman and Chewy. We choose to build a lean-to on the back side of the shop because its well protected from the wind and rain. The boys helped setting the posts in concrete and Shan and I framed, roofed and sided it. It's not done yet but the kids are already using it.
