Halloween party
In true Jensen Bese tradition we had our annual Halloween party. Isaac's family and some of the boys close friends came over for some good old fashioned fun. They carved pumpkins, bobbed for apples, smashed a pinata, ate donuts off a string, and ended the night by playing kick the can. Super fun times to be had.

Grape Stomp Party
So with summer ending we wanted to have a thank you dinner party for our close friends who helped us get into our new house. Garlic chicken, Hawaiian potato salad and a big caesar salad were on the menu. The grape stop was the entertainment. Luke and Robbie probably got a little too close to the grape juice because they reported a serious itch after sitting in the grape pool. They tasted super sweet and it was fun to do. Super big "Thanks " to our peeps!

Harvest time
When we moved to our new place we knew we had grapes over the entry to the office but we didn't have any idea we would have so many. The vines are filled with clusters of sweet grapes. It was cool to watch them grow and change colors. Towards the end of summer they had turned from green to red. And as they ripened they progressively produced a sweet aroma, that just makes your mouth water. So we broke out the ladders and have started harvesting them for our up coming "Grape Stomp Party". We gave some grapes
to Norman and Chewy and boy do they love them. They look super funny with blue lips and tongs.

Leslie Football
Robbie is playing football for Leslie middle school this year, eighth grade. He's one of the smallest players by height, but he can really bring a load. He is number four, in the blue and yellow uniforms. He starts as wide receiver, and safety. His last game was really fun to watch because Eric, number seven played across from Robbie as they battled it out & out all game. Eric is one of Robbie's close friends. I can't remember how many times those guys played football in the lot next to our house. Super fun, Go Robbie!
