Skateboard Swing?

Yes. It once was the boys Skateboard, and they put a lot of miles on it, but we never dreamed it would become a way cool swing. We took the wheels off and got some rope and Shan hung it in our favorite tree. Dropped it down so almost everybody can take it for a sweet ride. Check out Shan taking a break in the sun in the background.

Hen House

Here are the first pictures of the latest project happening at the Jensen Bese Camp, the Chicken Coop. It's kinda cool but we are using a lot of the materials that were already here. The shed, fence posts, doors, and left over poultry fencing are all things we have found on the property. Lukas has taken on the roll of project manager, and has done a great job. We also got my new table saw up and running to help out. Everybody has pitched in true JBC fashion. And looks like it will be done Monday, and then we can get six cute little baby c
hicks on Tuesday.

Norman & Chewy's first week anniversary

Norman & Chewy are officially two weeks old and and have been living with us for a week. They are doing great! Chewy is smaller but smarter, Norman is taller and more of a follower. Both super cute, and will follow you around every where you go. Nibble, nibble, nibble is what they do when they are not eating or sleeping. No teeth yet so they can't chew and eat anything, but when they do...look out. Bottle feeding them is super fun and it happens three times a day and the boys love doing it. Chewy is the gray baby and Norman is the black one. They sleep in the laundry room with Jet and stay out with the bunnies during the day. They are a perfect fit in our family.

Norman & Chewy

These are the very first images from when we first got our baby boys. They were just five days old. I will never forget it. They were so affectionate. Love Liz and Allan who we got the baby's from. Super nice people with customer service on steroids. As I write this blog the boys have had their dinner, Shan bottle fed them, and are sleeping in the kennel that their use too in the laundry room. So cute these little men are.

Easter 2012

So great... The Easter Bunny found our new place and left Easter baskets for the boys, and a huge Easter basket full of eggs with treasures in them to hide for a hunt. It was our first holiday in our new house and it was super fun. The weather was fantastic, and the boys had alot of fun hunting for eggs on the new property. Pebbles and Bam Bam had extra treats too. They love the new farm as much as we do.
