Parks awards dinner

With soccer season coming to an end, team Mexico had their awards dinner at Walery's pizza parlor. I'm so proud of Shan for coaching the team and they had a great season winning their last game. All the players got a nice trophy, and the pizza was yummy. Great job Shan and Parks!

Halloween party

We invited some of our close friends over for a old fashioned Halloween party. Started it off with a great flag football game. We had a pizza feed for dinner, then the boy's clubbed the pinata repeatedly until it finally burst and it was a candy frenzy. We finished off with powdered donuts on a string and bobbing for apples. Super fun party, we're ready for Halloween.

John Wayne's wild ride

Come take a ride with us on our last ride of the season in the boat. It's tradition to let Cwis"John Wayne" Felguth, hot rod the boat on our very last lap on the river. The water was butter and it is a sweet smooth ride especially at dusk. Cwis flat footed the throttle putting the 340 horse power to work, while I captured it on the go pro. Super fun.

Our last Gem

After harvesting almost all of our fruit and vegetables for this year, We let Parks pick our trophy piece, a red pepper. It's a cool plant. Parks got to pick it because he has helped the most with the plants. He really likes gardening. He helped out trimming the roses , watering, planting seeds, harvesting, weeding, and helping cut and fit the the sod in our new front yard. Way to go Parks!

Cowboys keep rolling.

The Cowboys scored another win last Saturday. They shut out the 49'ers. Robbie caught a sweet pass and took it to the house. They are so much fun to watch. Go Cowboys!

Bauman Farm Fun

With summer gone and fall here, we made our annual pilgrimage to Bauman Farms pumpkin patch. It's always a fun time and we got lucky with the weather and a Groupon special, "nice". With slides, mazes, swings, apple sling shot, animals, apple cider, old fashion hay ride through the pumpkin patch, and home made donuts, it's the bomb. Super fun day!

Summer Ends!

Sad but true, the boating season is over. But in true Jensen/Bese fashion we finished it with a super fun day at the boat club. The boys had a blast on some extreme tube rides and each took a turn holding the waterproof go pro camera. It was a hot day and the water was great. I got to ride both my wake board and surf board. I finished the season with some fun riding and unlike last year, I didn't crash hard trying to go big. We had pizza on the boat for dinner and Shan and I put the boat in the garage till next year. Hurry next year!

Football highlights

I put together some of Robbie's highlights from his football game last weekend. He is number sixteen; on defense he plays safety and linebacker and on offense he plays wide receiver and tight end. That is him catching the ball and running it in for the score. They went on to beat the undefeated Saints and improved the Cowboys record to 3-1. Great job Cowboys!

Shan and I wanted to get a great picture of the boys on the last day of boat club fun this summer , so we had an old fashion photo shoot. Super funny and the boys had a great time. On three, One two three......
