Lukas is running cross country

So with Shan and Parks soccer, and Robbie's football season in full swing, Luke has jumped into the ring running cross country for his new school "Straub". He had his first meet last Monday and did great. There were three schools competing and Straub won. Way to go Luke!

Air soft Bunker

Last Sunday Luke and Robbie drew a completely original blue print and used it to erect a bunker for air soft wars. Besides me cutting the big pieces they did it all on their own. It features a hidden turet in front and a locking hatch on top, and of coarse war plans on the walls inside. Great job guys!

Shan's 40!

Happy birthday to Shannon as she turned 40 and in style. I wanted it to be a birthday to remember, and boy it was. I think she had a great time and even though she was a little down about turning the big Four-O. It started off with a small party,just the boys and us at home. Luke air mailed her the first present from upstailrs on a string. Super funny. She got to open her presents including one from good old Dad. Later we went to Waleries for a pizza party with a lot of Shan's close friends. Her birthday extravaganza continued into the following weekend where Dana and Sue took her to the Zac Brown concert Friday night - stayed over in Portland and Saturday morning we took Shan to Kahneeta resort for some much needed down time. Super fun and thanks to Dana, Sue, and all of her friends.

Love Reins Ranch

We took the boys to our friends ranch for an old fashion horseback ride. It was so fun. Katie my long time friend and customer treated us for a sweet ride at her ranch.

Cowboys football 2011

Yep football has started, and Robbie's back for another season. He's playing wide receiver, tight end, slot back, corner back, safety, and kick off return. Finally he's getting some good playing time that's fun to watch. He had two nice catches today in a practice game against the Dolphins, and caught a nice twenty yarder and almost scored in his football Jamboree. Robbie is number sixteen in white, and number seven in blue. Go Cowboys!
