Spring Break Recap

Wow.... We had a great vacation. We had so much fun and so much to be thankful for. Down on the beach we played in the surf, threw the football, flew the kite, dug for clams, and explored. Back at the the beach house the boys drove their R/C cars, rode bikes, built Lego's, played Foosball, took many hot tubs, played soccer, Shan made great meals, and to top it off we had a Star Wars movie extravaganza. We also went crabbing, and went to the OSU Aquarium. Special Thanks to our friends that came and visited us. Dave and Stacey, Bob and Crystal, and Dana and Sue (the only brave ones to spend the night-thanks for being so great with our boys). Super fun times for sure. We have lots to be thankful for.

We rented a cool beach house at Bella beach. So far we got lucky with the weather, and the boys are having a great time. Going crabbing this afternoon, hope we get some!

This is so cute I just had to share it. Park made this poster by himself for his mom. Do you know what it says??? You might have to click on the picture to make it bigger.

Lukes Birthday Sleepover

Last Saturday we threw Luke a birthday sleepover party with eight of his buddy's from school. Ya, that means twelve little men total and Oh boy..... I know, certain death, we are crazy, but actually it went off with out a hitch. No injury's to report just a lot of fun. They had a ginormous Nerf gun fight, football on the trampoline, basketball out front, birthday cake, made tie-die T shirts and movie night on the big screen. Super fun party, Luke got some great stuff, and nobody lost an eye. Happy eleventh Birthday Luke!

Basketball's Heavy Hitters

The Jensen Bese camp Basketball has landed the One-Two punch on YMCA Basketball as Robbie and Luke have stepped up their performances on the court. Both at practice and in their games, they have shown they are giving it their all. It doesn't seem to matter if they double team Robbie; as he has turned into a gun slinger shooting very well and even hitting a three point shot. Luke with his long arms and legs makes him a great defensive player. Rebounding, steeling, and he's not afraid to dive and fight for the ball. This is Lukes first year in Y Basketball and is doing great. Great job guys!
