Dog for sale
Actually I will pay a thousand dollars to the first person to take him away. Rid us of this monster. Jet was just awarded "WORST DOG EVER". He is such a stinker. Where is the love??? Who ever said "dog is mans best friend"?, that person should spend a weekend with Jet. So besides chewing on furniture, stuffed animals, TV remotes, bath/office garbage, cell phones, my b-day cake, socks, underwear, Dawson, trampoline, swimming pool cover,(thank God not the pool), fence, house, flowers, beer cans, Lego's, video camera cords, extension cords, 'Fiona" - our turtle, books, magazines, BBQ wire brush, pillows, but last night..........! we came home from a party kinda late, so I thought I'd be nice and let Jet sleep with us. Bad idea!! He got up sometime in the middle of the night, and pooped in Shan's closet and tore up the bathroom garbage, looked like a boom hit! To top it off he chewed up one of my dress shoes. The reason why I call him a stinker is can be so loving and cute and affectionate, but turn on you in a new york minute. Just kidding about getting rid of him, truthfully its our own fault. So for know, he is still part of our camp.

Ty & Angie's costume party
We got to go have some adult fun time at Ty and Angie's annual costume party. We wanted to go but no funds for customs. So we went with plan "B". Used our own stuff. Shan wore Chris's work cloths, from hat to boots, and of coarse tool belt and name tag. Chris wore has wake skating gear including life vest and wake skate, and helmet. I found an old rasta wig and had Shan do my eyes so i looked a litte crazy. It was a fun party, with crazy costumes and music.
Saturday fun with Halloween theme
Last Saturday we had a super fun get together with Isaac, Chris, & Ryan, my nephew's family. After getting caught up, we had a fun flag football game. Its was close back n forth, and Chris is pretty good for a girl, catching clutch passes. But Issac and I seemed to lead the fight. The last play of the game, Luke hit Robbie over the top with a tight spiral pass to win, Robbie caught it and did his end zone dance. We had pizza, and bobbed for apples. The donut on a string was hilarious, and the Pinata was a big hit. Every one got to hit it and Robbie finally hit the home run. When the candy hit the floor so did the boys. The boys were so good filling Nick's bag too because he was sick in bed. We ended up the day carving pumpkins. Another fun Halloween day.

Parker looses first tooth
Everyone who knows Park knows he has perfect teeth, and a lot of them. Well, on Monday that all changed when Park came home from school with the tooth totally ajar, he finally reached into his mouth and yanked it out. I was on the phone but heard them cheering and celebrating. And sure enough, here came Parks into the office and opened his little hand and showed me his super cute little tooth. I thought his smile was perfect before... now it's perfect!

Shannie's school update
Just in case you haven't heard, Shan has gone back to school full time. She is going to finish up her bachelors degree, so she can teach elementary school. We are so proud of her, and she has taken to it head on. So she gave her first presentation last week and nailed it. She showed us her "chalk board", which was an author study. "Shel Silverstein" was the author. The balloons have different activities for different subjects, it's all put for interactive reading. The picture doesn't show how great it really is. Shan laid it out on the dinning room table. It was so cool. She used a lot of resources to make her presentation, and she intends to use it in the future for her classroom. The art work is really unique, and all her ideas tie it together. One of her class's is psychology,..?!?!()!? Oh boy, I know she will have me on the couch confessing to something I didn't do.

"10" Babys
Secretly Shan and I must have a death wish, because we had a big maamma jamma sleep over last weekend with... Yep, 10 boys total. It was a reward to the boys for doing so good transitioning back to school. Each got to invite a buddy. We had a great game of flag football, it was really fun and the weather was great. Even some dads played. The boys played hard and ate good too. We had to move some of the furniture out of the great room upstairs to make room for them to camp out, and have a movie night. The next day it looked like a bomb hit. Shan had the waffles going in the morning, and the boys talked about their story's. All and all, it was a lot of work but, super fun, and they have already asked to do it again. Oh boy!!!

I caught Jake
I caught a snake. Yep, "Jake the snake" got some human interactions today. It is not every day you catch a snake. He was a Oregon State fan, sporting black skin with an orange strip. I was alone at the house doing chores, and saw him on the RV pad. He scared the crap out of me, and I'm not found of snakes. I had to try to catch him for the boys. Got a bucket in front of him, and took a shovel behind him, and scooped him in. "Got him." I sent Shan a text right away with the news for the boys. Of coarse they wanted to hold him, Shan too. Luke was the brave one, picking him up first, and he got to release him back into freedom.
Halloween fun
The boys have been busy decorating the house, in and out, with the Halloween deco. I can tell Its going to be a super fun month. The boys are really into the spirit this year, and were going to see Michael Jackson, A gorilla, Star Wars fighter, and a Bleeding Dead Guy, that actually pumps red blood. Shan is doing a great job customizing all the costumes. The "boys", are so funny how they decorate the house. Found a beetle on the toilet seat, a plastic rats in the water fountian, and even I, put a rubber snake in Parker's bed.
